1. What PpcGPT is

PpcGPT is an operations assistant for Amazon sellers. It reads data from your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts, with your permission, and helps you understand and act on it.

2. Proof of concept, no charge

PpcGPT is currently offered as a proof of concept. There is no charge, and billing is not enabled. We may introduce pricing later; if we do, we will tell you before any charge applies and you will be able to decline.

3. What the assistant does and does not do

PpcGPT drafts recommendations. A person approves every change before it reaches Amazon. Where PpcGPT is permitted to act without a per-change approval, you set that permission yourself and can withdraw it at any time. Price changes always require an explicit approval and cannot be automated.

PpcGPT's outputs are estimates and suggestions derived from the data Amazon makes available. They are not guarantees of any outcome, and they are not professional, financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for what happens in your Amazon account.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for approvals made under your account, for the accuracy of the cost information you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use PpcGPT to violate Amazon's policies or applicable law.

5. Access to Amazon

You grant PpcGPT access to Amazon through Amazon's own authorization flow. PpcGPT never asks for your Amazon password or Amazon API keys. You can revoke access from Amazon at any time; doing so stops data collection.

6. Not affiliated with Amazon or Helium 10

PpcGPT is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., its affiliates, or Helium 10.

7. Availability and change

This is pre-release software. Features may change or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms and ask you to accept them before you continue making changes through PpcGPT.

8. Warranties and liability

PpcGPT is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of PpcGPT is limited to the amount you have paid us — which, while PpcGPT is offered at no charge, is zero.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using PpcGPT at any time. Deleting a store is self-service in Settings; account deletion is by request during the beta. Both are described step by step on the Deleting your data page. We may suspend access for conduct that risks your data, another customer's data, or our relationship with Amazon.
