Your Amazon ads, run by an AI that shows its work.

PpcGPT manages your Sponsored ads around the clock — adjusting bids, killing wasted spend, pacing budgets to your inventory — and explains every move it makes in plain English. You set the goals and the rules. It does the work.

Read-only until you say otherwise. No credit card for the audit.

Agent — on dutylive

Morning briefing.

Spend is up 8% this week but TACoS fell to 11.4% — your money is working harder. Yoga mat exacts are lifting organic rank (#6 → #4). Watching bands CPCs; I’ll trim top-of-search bids Friday if they don’t settle.

The problem

You didn’t start an FBA business to babysit a bid console.

Amazon PPC is a part-time job that never clocks out. Search-term reports every week. Bid adjustments every day. Negative keywords, budget caps, dayparting, placement multipliers — get any of it wrong and the money quietly leaks. Get it right and you have spent your evening in a spreadsheet.

Option one

The grind

Five to ten hours a week in the console — and it still wants checking twice a day.

Option two

The agency

10–15% of ad spend, opaque changes, explained in a slide deck two weeks later.

Option three

The rule tool

The same console with rules you write and maintain. You are still the one doing the thinking.

None of those is an operator. PpcGPT is.

How it works

Up and running in one afternoon.

01

Connect and get audited.

Link your Amazon Ads account. In minutes the agent audits every campaign and hands you the findings — the search terms that never convert, the campaigns that run out of budget by noon. Free, even if you never subscribe.

02

Set the goals and the leash.

Tell it what you want per product — launch hard, grow, or maximise profit. Then decide how much rope it gets: propose everything for your review, or let it handle the small reversible things on its own. Every power is a toggle, and new campaigns stay approval-only by default.

03

It works. You watch it work.

The agent optimises around the clock and logs every action with its reasoning and, later, the measured result. Ask it anything in chat. Override anything, any time. Turn the autonomy up as it earns your trust.

The decision feed

Every action. Every reason. Every result.

What it did, why, and — once the data settles — whether it worked. Actions that helped, it doubles down on. Actions that hurt, it reverts and says so. No black box.

Raised bid 12% — “yoga mat non slip” (exact)helped · high confidence

Converting at 18% and losing top-of-search. Verdict once the data settled: orders +22%, ACoS +1.1pt — net positive.

Cut bid −20% — “yoga strap” (broad)hurt → reverted

CPC rose and conversion stayed flat. The agent reverted its own change and logged the miss against its scorecard.

9 negatives added — Auto, Matmeasuring…

Search terms that had never converted. Est. $21/week of spend stopped; the verdict lands once there is enough data to call it.

The timeline

Finally see whether a change actually worked.

Every change — the agent’s, yours, and outside events like price moves and stockouts — is pinned to your performance timeline. Each one becomes a small experiment with a verdict: helped, hurt, or honestly inconclusive. A running scorecard totals it up.

Last 30 days

84 actions · 61 helped · 9 reverted

Every entry carries its reasoning and, once measured, its verdict. Inconclusive stays inconclusive — the scorecard does not round a miss into a win.

Inventory-aware pacing

Ads that know how much stock you have left.

Scaling ad spend with 40 days of inventory and a 60-day restock is how you torch your organic rank. Most PPC tools ignore this. PpcGPT tracks your FBA stock, sell-through velocity, and inbound shipments — and paces spend so you never advertise your way into a stockout. Overstocked? It flips the other way and helps you clear units before long-term storage fees hit.

Drag the spend slider and watch the stock-out date move.

Yoga Mat — sell-out math412 units · restock in 39 days

64 days of cover, est.

−50%current+100%
Paced to the restock

Sell-through and the inbound shipment land together. This is the band the agent holds by default: spend as hard as the shelf can support, and no harder.

Illustration with fixed numbers — not a projection of your account. The agent runs this against your own stock, velocity, and inbound shipments.

Permissions

Full power, or ask-first. Your call, per action.

A switchboard, not a leap of faith. Bid changes: fix automatically. New campaigns: ask me first. Out-of-stock ads: pause instantly. Every capability is its own toggle, and no setting lets a change reach Amazon without a person approving it — that one is not toggleable. As the agent builds a record of approved proposals it will ask to take on more. You can always say no.

Chat

“Why is ACoS up this week?”

Ask questions and get straight answers with the data behind them. Give instructions in plain English — “cut spend on the blue variant 30% until Friday” — and Otto prepares it for your approval. Describe a campaign you want and it designs the structure and shows you the plan before spending a dollar.

You

why is ACoS up on bands?

Otto

CPCs are up 22% since Tuesday — a competitor is pushing top-of-search. Your conversion rate is steady, so it is auction price, not your listing. I would hold rather than chase; if CPCs don’t settle by Friday I’ll trim top-of-search bids and shift budget to product pages.

The weekly digest

A performance review, written by the employee.

Every Monday: what it did, what worked, what it is changing, and what needs your eyes. Five minutes to read. The rest of your week back.

Week of 21 July — digest

Profit after ads: $1,240 (+$180).

19 actions — the 24 July bid raise on the mat is the standout, orders +22%. Bands under CPC pressure; holding. Cork Block launch spending $88/week as planned, rank #23 → #14.

Needs your eyes: one proposal (new exact campaign) and the Cork Block listing fix.

The honest comparison

What else you could do.

Doing it yourself

Free, if your hours are worthless. Five to ten hours a week in the console, and it still gets checked twice a day.

An agency

10–15% of ad spend, monthly calls, changes explained in a slide deck two weeks later. They do not watch your inventory.

Rule-based tools

You write the rules and you maintain the rules. The rules do not know your margin, your stock, or your strategy.

PpcGPT

An operator that thinks in profit, watches your stock, works every hour, and shows every decision — for flat pricing, not a cut of your spend.

Trust & safety

Built for people handing an AI their money.

Nothing reaches Amazon unapproved.

Every change the agent proposes waits in your approval queue for a person to accept it. It drafts, you decide — and during the beta that step is not skippable.

Every action logged.

A complete, timestamped record of every change with its reasoning. Nothing happens off the books.

Reversible.

One-click rollback on changes, and the agent reverts its own mistakes when the data says so.

Yours to revoke.

Downgrade any permission, pause the agent, or disconnect your Amazon account in one click. No lock-in.

The Amazon data we read.

Orders, settlements and fees, inventory, listings, and advertising — the data that makes profit and stock-aware pacing possible. No buyer personal information, ever.

Never your password.

You authorise PpcGPT on Amazon's own pages. We never ask for your Amazon password, developer credentials, or API keys, and there is no form in the product that accepts them.

Pricing

Free during the beta.

PpcGPT is a proof-of-concept beta. It is free during the proof-of-concept beta, and future pricing has not been determined. When that changes we will tell you before you are ever charged.

What that includes today

The free ad audit, around-the-clock optimisation, inventory-aware pacing, the permission switchboard, approvals, chat, and the weekly digest — the whole product, at no charge, while the beta runs.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Will it spend money without asking me?

No. During the beta every change waits for you to approve it, whatever the permissions say. The permissions decide what the agent is allowed to propose on its own — small reversible things like bids and negative keywords by default, anything bigger only when you ask for it.

What does the free audit require?

A read-only connection to your Amazon Ads account. The agent analyses your campaigns and hands you the findings. It changes nothing.

I already use an agency or a PPC tool. Why switch?

Three things the others do not do: every decision is explained and scored in the open, spend is paced to your actual inventory, and optimisation targets profit — your margins, not just ACoS. If your current setup does all three, keep it.

What data does it access?

Amazon Ads data, plus — with your permission — inventory and sales through Amazon’s Selling Partner service, which is what powers stock-aware pacing. Connections are authorised on amazon.com. We never see your password.

Can I still make changes myself?

Yes, anywhere, any time. The agent notices, asks whether it was a one-off or a strategy signal, and adapts.

What if it makes a bad call?

It measures its own actions, reverts what hurt, and reports it — the scorecard counts its misses, not just its wins. You can also roll back any change yourself.

Which marketplaces and account types are supported?

Seller Central accounts, in the marketplaces your Amazon authorisation covers — during the beta we onboard sellers one at a time and will tell you before you connect whether yours is covered. Vendor Central is not supported.
